事件経過

2013 10.8 かねてから元交際相手からのストーカー被害を訴えていた鈴木紗彩さん（高校3年18歳）が、当日も警察にストーカー被害相談をしていながら、夕方の下校時、自宅部屋に潜んでいた犯人にナイフで襲われ、自宅前で意識不明の重体、のちに死亡。逃走した犯人が、ネット上に用意していた交際時のプライベートなファイルのアドレスをネット掲示板に書き込み、本来の被害者の人柄とは懸け離れた印象が拡散され、以後ネット上では被害者が誹謗中傷の対象となり、現在もその痕跡は残存したままである。

ようやく本日、裁判員裁判として公判が始まりました。

容疑者は起訴事実は認めたようです。
計画殺害については認定されたので、明日、明後日の証拠、証人により、二人の出会いから
別れ、脅迫から殺害計画、実行についての事実関係が明白になることでしょう。

7/29に求刑があり、8/1に判決が下されるようです。

本日の容疑者は、法廷に現れると傍聴席に向かって薄ら笑いを浮かべ、感じの悪い態度が見え、
起訴事実は認めたものの、またしても被害者、被害者家族に対して反省や謝罪のことばは
なかったようです。

また、私の感想として、検察側の冒頭陳述により友人と殺害の練習をしていたとの供述において、
協力した友人は容疑者の行動に何も感じなかったのかと、ものすごく違和感を感じ、もし、たら、
れば、になりますが、惜しい、悔しいと、ものすごく感じました。


沙彩さんの名誉回復と安らかに眠れる結果を思って、
