事件経過

2013 10.8 かねてから元交際相手からのストーカー被害を訴えていた鈴木紗彩さん（高校3年18歳）が、当日も警察にストーカー被害相談をしていながら、夕方の下校時、自宅部屋に潜んでいた犯人にナイフで襲われ、自宅前で意識不明の重体、のちに死亡。逃走した犯人が、ネット上に用意していた交際時のプライベートなファイルのアドレスをネット掲示板に書き込み、本来の被害者の人柄とは懸け離れた印象が拡散され、以後ネット上では被害者が誹謗中傷の対象となり、現在もその痕跡は残存したままである。

娘はわたしたちにとって希望であり、光です

鈴木沙彩さんの父親が証人として出廷し、
「娘はわたしたちにとって希望であり、光です。その娘の名誉を汚し殺した」

「事件の半年前、娘から“ストーカー行為を受けている”と相談されたとき、お父さんが守ると言った。事件直前“私が殺されたらどうする”と聞かれたときは、どんな方法でもかたきをとると伝えた。被告は反省の色が感じられず、達成感を感じているようで非常に不愉快。極刑にしてほしい」

「1人の殺人で極刑は厳しいというこれまでの経験値は、この事件において、あり得ない。最高刑の死刑を求めます」と厳しい口調で訴えた。

「娘は私たちの希望だった。希望が消え、私たちの将来も消し飛ばされた」

心に突き刺さる、痛く、悔しいことばです。


容疑者の母親の証言は、またしても、もし、たら、れば、まさか、な証言で非常に悔やまれます。
